Summit School Services is seeking a Non-CDL Driver (Driver in Training) to transport students on a fixed or changing route. The role starts with a training program to obtain required endorsements and to learn company policies.

Position offers a part-time schedule with no nights or weekends in most locations, plus benefits such as medical and retirement options. Duties include safe driving, on-time reporting, and passenger assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 in some states) and able to obtain required licenses and certifications.
• Must pass medical and drug screening and training completion.
• Operate school bus or related vehicle safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for students on assigned routes.
• Maintain on-time performance and report any incidents per policy.
• Assist passengers during boarding/alighting and emergencies.
• Complete route change sheets, time cards, and required paperwork.
• Maintain neat appearance and cooperate with staff and customers.
