Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements: at least 21 (25 for TN per state law).
• Must possess or obtain and maintain valid state licenses and certifications to operate company vehicles.

• Must complete and pass training.
• Defensive driving to avoid accidents while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Operate a school bus or other vehicle on fixed or changing routes to provide safe transportation.
• Maintain on-time performance while prioritizing safety.
• Assist passengers during evacuations in emergencies.
• Report incidents and accidents per company policy promptly.
• Present a neat, professional appearance at all times.
