Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings using ABA strategies. Roles include 1:1 and general classroom support from pre-K to high school, with schedules to fit your lifestyle and weekly pay.

The position offers entry to mid levels, PTO, health benefits, and access to RBT training to obtain certification; work days are Mon-Fri 8am-3pm, with weekends off, in Mountain View area.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or general classroom support
• Communicate calmly, clearly, and concisely with children and adults
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods as needed
• Occasionally bend, crouch and lift up to 40 pounds
• Provide toileting/diapering assistance on case-by-case basis
