Applied ABC is seeking a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support elementary students with diverse learning needs in the Spartanburg, SC area. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide direct ABA therapy within a district setting.

Initial focus includes two identified classrooms with collaboration from teachers, families, and school teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and staff training to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
