Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Spartanburg, SC to support elementary classrooms aligned with the school day (approximately 7:40 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). The BCBA will lead behavioral assessments and interventions district-wide, starting with two identified classrooms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent BIP implementation.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
