Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with diverse learning needs within a school district. The role emphasizes delivering evidence-based ABA therapy and leading data-driven interventions.

The successful candidate will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation across the classroom.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
