Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time BCBA to support elementary students in Spartanburg, SC. You will conduct FBAs, develop and update individual behavior plans, and provide on-site ABA services in collaboration with teachers, families, and school teams.

You will participate in MDRs, IEPs, and district-level initiatives, monitor progress with data, coach staff, and ensure consistent application of evidence-based interventions across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA/behavioral services experience, preferably in schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify functions of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct ABA therapy and behavioral support to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure plan consistency.
• Train and coach school staff on ABA principles.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Support IEP behavioral goals and MDRs as needed.
• Observe classrooms and make recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Support district-level behavioral initiatives as required.
