Job summary

Applied ABC, a leading behavioral health services provider, seeks a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary students in Spartanburg, SC. The role focuses on implementing evidence-based ABA, conducting FBAs/MDRs, and developing BIPs within the district.

The BCBA will collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams, provide staff training, and monitor progress through data analysis. Initial placement targets two classrooms with district-wide support available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience, preferably in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and MDRs to identify functions of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to students using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators for consistent BIP implementation.
• Train school staff on ABA principles and strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and evaluate interventions.
