Adapt Integrated Health Care is seeking a School Based Therapist to join its behavioral health team in Roseburg, Oregon. The role provides integrated outpatient mental health treatment within a school setting, offering individual, family, and group therapy to youth referred by the Douglas County School district.

The position emphasizes collaboration with school staff, crisis intervention as needed, and development of community supports.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field.
• Current MHACBO eligibility/registration as a QMHP or Oregon Licensing Board Associate Registration.
• Experience in a mental health supported educational setting is preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Provides treatment services including assessments and evaluations with case management, individual, group, and family therapy to youth.
• Develops ISSPs and crisis interventions as needed for child and family clients.
• Facilitates access to resources and coordinates referrals, consultation, and advocacy with schools and community partners.
• Maintains records and documentation meeting policy and state requirements.
• Participates in supervision, trainings, and program development with the supervisor and manager.

21+ years old
