Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care in Roseburg, OR seeks a Crisis Therapist to join our full-time team. The role focuses on crisis intervention, facilitating access to mental health treatment, and delivering individual, group, and community psycho-education.

You will collaborate with community partners, develop Safety and Recovery Plans, and maintain thorough documentation. A Master’s degree in psychology or social work and QMHP eligibility are required or preferred; a valid driver’s license is also

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field with experience in a mental health setting.
• Licensed providers preferred.
• Current MHACBO eligibility/registration as a QMHP or current Oregon Licensing Board Associate Registration
• 21+ and must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provides Treatment Services through assessments and evaluations, initial assessments of walk-in clients, hospital discharges and scheduled appointments, case management, individual and group treatment and prescription of outpatient treatment services.
• Complete Safety and Recovery Plans for priority, high-risk or history cases; collaborate with clientele in consultation with team.
• Maintains and completes required records, reports, and documentation per policy and state law.
• Participates in professional development, supervision, and trainings; promote peer development.
• Meet productivity standards as set by management.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal and organizational guidelines including documentation.
• Provides oversight and clinical direction to crisis QMHPs.
