Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care is seeking a School Based Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Reedsport, OR. The role provides integrated outpatient mental health treatment within a school setting for youth referred by the Douglas County School district.

The therapist delivers individual, family, and group therapy, collaborates with school staff, and works to reduce barriers to access while promoting recovery and wellness in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, behavioral science, or related field.
• Eligible/registered QMHP or Oregon Associate Registration.
• Experience in a mental health supported educational setting preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth in a school setting.
• Performs assessments, case management, and development of ISSPs.
• Collaborates with school staff and connects families to resources.
• Maintains required records and documentation per policy.
