Job summary

Community Reach Center seeks a School-Based Services Therapist to deliver developmentally appropriate behavioral health services to children and adolescents in school settings. You will screen, assess, diagnose, and provide individual, family, and group therapy within a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based framework.

The role includes care coordination with families, school staff, and community partners, with a hybrid work option and a heavy emphasis on outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible for Colorado DORA registration.
• Ability to provide clinically appropriate therapy and maintain documentation.
• Bilingual ability preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and manage treatment plans, safety plans, and discharge plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and follow-up as needed.
• Document interventions and consumer progress while maintaining confidentiality.
• Use measurement-based care tools to track progress and guide decisions.
• Maintain accountability for productivity, quality, and KPI performance.
• Conduct 1,200 clinical interaction hours annually where applicable.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.
• Travel to school settings; work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
