Job summary

Health Connect America seeks a Georgia Therapist to provide high-quality behavioral health services to children and families, including assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and collaboration with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children and/or families, including internships.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure in Georgia as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and identify client needs to develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain engagement with clients and families, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and timely documentation per standards.
