Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a licensed clinician to join our team as Therapist II. You will deliver high-quality behavioral health services across home, community, and office settings, using your licensure to support clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current Florida credential as RMHCI, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children and/or families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and inform treatment planning.
• Develop treatment plans with measurable goals with individuals and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and coordinate referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
