Job summary

Communities In Schools of Eastern PA is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement evidence-based Integrated Student Supports in coordination with school leadership. You will assess needs, plan supports, monitor outcomes, and report progress while aligning with CIS standards.

You will collaborate with volunteers, nonprofits and school staff, manage case loads for at-risk students, and support crisis management while maintaining data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; more is preferred.
• Experience using data to drive decisions and practice.
• Ability to work with diverse community partners and schools.
• Knowledge of local human service networks is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inventory of needs and assets within a school community by collecting data.
• Collaborate with administrators to plan and implement supports addressing prioritized needs.
• Establish a School Support Team to coordinate services and programs.
• Partner with volunteers and agencies to connect resources to the school.
• Case manage at-risk students using attendance, behavior, and performance data.
• Attend school meetings related to case-managed students (SAIC, IEP, etc.).
• Support crisis management per CIS protocol and participate in supervision.
• Deliver quarterly progress reports and maintain data integrity in CIS systems.
