Job summary

Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS evidence-based model of Integrated Student Supports in partnership with the principal and school leadership. The starting range is $45,000–$50,000, DOE based on experience and education, with generous benefits.

The Site Coordinator will assess school needs, plan supports, monitor outcomes, report data, and collaborate with families, volunteers, and community partners to help students stay engaged

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, education or related field.
• At least 1 year experience; more is preferred.
• Experience using data to drive decisions.
• Ability to work with schools, families, volunteers and community partners.
• Knowledge of local human services networks and resources.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create inventory of needs and assets in a school community.
• Plan and implement school-wide and individualized supports.
• Establish a School Support Team and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with volunteers, nonprofits, and agencies to bring resources to the school.
• Case manage at-risk students and participate in relevant meetings.
• Monitor program effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Maintain data in CIS data management system
• Ensure compliance with CIS standards and school model.
