Job summary

Communities in Schools of Pennsylvania, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the ISS model within a designated school building. You will oversee coordinated services to students and families and implement programs based on the building's needs under the Director of Programs.

The role involves reporting to CISPA's leadership, brokering community support, and delivering services in a collaborative team environment throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of public education system and ability to track data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual needs assessments with measurable objectives and service-delivery strategy.
• Develop and implement School Support Plan based on needs assessment.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery to maximize impact quarterly.
• Broker additional support through community partnerships.
• Coordinate program reporting to CISPA state office and partners.
• Facilitate school-wide and targeted programs per identified needs.
• Provide individualized case management to up to 65 students.
• Maintain CISDM records weekly and communicate with CISPA team.
