Job summary

Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS model within a school setting and collaborate with principals and leadership to plan integrated supports. You will assess needs, design school-wide and individual interventions, monitor outcomes, and adapt strategies based on data.

The role involves coordinating a School Support Team, partnering with volunteers and community resources, and tracking program impact with CIS data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; more is preferred.
• Experience in case management, youth counseling, advocacy and data collection.
• Leadership for on-site coordination of service providers, volunteers, parents, students and school staff.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inventory of needs and assets within a school community using data and surveys.
• Collaborate with administrators to plan school-wide and individual supports.
• Establish a School Support Team to coordinate programs and services.
• Partner with volunteers and community groups to bring resources into the school.
• Case manage at‑risk students based on attendance and behaviors.
• Report data on student outcomes using the CIS web-based system.
• Deliver quarterly progress reports to CIS administration.
• Participate in CIS training and events.
