Job summary

Communities In Schools of South Carolina is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage CIS programs at the assigned school site(s) and lead a School Support team to deliver tiered interventions for at-risk youth. You will assess needs, develop a School Support Plan, and coordinate data-driven services to students and families.

Responsibilities include data collection, stakeholder collaboration, volunteer recruitment, partner relations, and annual program evaluation to ensure alignment with CIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, social services, or related field.
• 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license and up-to-date automobile insurance.
• Sensitivity to and strong concern for the needs of children, youth, and their families.
• Technologically proficient in office systems, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, and CISDM.
• Previous experience in a student data or case management system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CIS Model implementation and student support standards at the school site.
• Lead a School Support team to plan and manage CIS operations.
• Conduct annual needs assessments and develop a School Support Plan with Tier 1–3 interventions.
• Provide case management to a minimum of 50 identified students with evidence-based supports.
• Regularly collect, enter, and report student data; monitor progress quarterly.
