Job summary

KIPP St. Louis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication disorders within our regional network. This full-time role collaborates with school leaders, teachers, and families to implement compliant IEPs and effective therapy plans across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, updating therapy plans, and reporting progress to parents and IEP teams. A master’s in SLP and a CCC license are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SSLP license is required.
• Experience in pediatrics/school-based speech and language therapy is preferred.
• Dedication to helping children grow and learn.

Responsibilities

• Determine referrals, identification, diagnosis, and termination for Speech-Language Pathology students.
• Establish daily service schedules per IEP service minutes.
• Perform initial and reevaluations as required by guidelines.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide data on student progress.
