KIPP St. Louis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students with communication disorders across our regional programs. Under the Director of Special Populations, you will develop IEPs, implement therapy plans, and collaborate with school teams to ensure access to the general curriculum.

Responsibilities include evaluations, scheduling, progress reporting, parent conferences, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced urban school setting.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP license required.
• Pediatrics/school-based experience preferred.
• Commitment to underserved communities.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.

Mansioni

• Determine referrals, identification, diagnosis, and follow-up for Speech/Language Pathology students.
• Establish daily schedules per IEP service minutes.
• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations per guidelines.
• Analyze data to make recommendations regarding services.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to design accommodations/modifications.
• Provide progress reports to parents and staff.
• Maintain folders with mandated forms and timelines.
• Deliver services via classroom, consultation, or pull-out models.
