Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat students from K through 12. The SLP will also serve as a campus consultant, supporting teachers and families on speech and language development.

The role requires managing clinical records, participating in ARD committees, and delivering therapy across campuses. Collaboration with educators and parents is essential to advance students’ communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Previous experience as an SLP in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose students with speech and language disorders.
• Provide evidence-based therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ARD-related documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals.
• Lead workshops and provide resources on speech and language development for educators.
