Ampersand Therapy in Thornton, CO is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions, supporting K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You will help students strengthen communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting, with opportunities for both seasoned SLPAs and those transitioning into school-based work.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license required or eligible.
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification preferred or obtainable.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in SLPA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy under supervision of an SLP.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and student engagement.
