K-12 Caseload Starting September 2026 for the entire school year. Supporting schools across Peyton, Falcon, and CO Springs School-based SLPA.

About the Role

Hello, SLPAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based positions near Falcon, CO. In this role, you’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting. This is a great opportunity for both experienced SLPAs and those looking to transition into the school setting. What We’re Looking For

• Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
