Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for school-based positions near Falcon, CO. You will support K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP, delivering therapy services and contributing to student success.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility to obtain
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification or willingness to obtain
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in SLPA or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision of an SLP
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by supervising SLP
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Prepare therapy materials and support student engagement
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with documentation requirements
