Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for an on-site role in Bonney Lake, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work under a licensed SLP, supporting students with therapy services and collaborating with educators to ensure effective interventions.

The ideal candidate holds an appropriate SLPA credential, has completed the required practicum hours, and brings strong communication and organizational skills to a team-focused

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field.
• Current state certification or licensure as a SLPA, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of the required 100 hours of supervised clinical practice under a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
• Organized and detail-oriented with high-quality therapy support.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech/language services to students under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure the effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participation in therapy sessions.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of therapy materials and resources to support student needs.
• Follow all relevant legal and ethical guidelines in the provision of speech-language pathology services within the school setting.
• Stay informed about best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology through professional development.
