Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting in Bonney Lake, WA. The role involves delivering therapy under supervision, implementing IEP plans, and supporting evaluations.

The position requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders, completion of an accredited SLPA certification program, and state licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited SLPA certification program.
• Valid state SLPA license or authorization if required.
• School-based or pediatric setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement IEP-based treatment plans for individuals or small groups.
• Support screenings and evaluations as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Prepare materials and therapy tools for sessions.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports.
• Educate families on strategies to support communication at home.
• Collaborate with school staff and related service professionals.
• Follow state and federal regulations for school-based services.
