Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) in Seattle, WA, is seeking licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities to support multiple districts nationwide.

You will assess students, develop therapy plans, and work with teachers and families to achieve IEP goals. Collaboration, documentation, and ongoing professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• Possibly Washington ESA certificate or school credential where required.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC.
• If applying from another state, hold licenses in both states.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented and collaborative.
• Value student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing issues in students.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication and fluency.
• Attend IEP meetings to contribute to goals and progress.
• Collaborate with educators, parents and professionals to support students.
• Document progress and communicate with families and teams.
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development.
