Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on assessing, planning, and providing direct therapy to students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists, participating in IEP meetings, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state (Washington) or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, and social communication.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards and school district policies.
