Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, offering school-based opportunities in various settings, with on-site options in Seattle, WA for a full-time position.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, delivering direct therapy, attending IEP meetings, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• Washington ESA certificate may be required in some states.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC.
• Out-of-state applicants must hold licenses in both states they reside in and apply from.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to high-quality therapy support.
• Values collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and support student success.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, therapy sessions, and communications with parents and team members in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for facilitating communication development.
• Stay informed about best practices and professional development opportunities.
