Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Lakewood, WA. The role is full-time and on-site with opportunities across districts nationwide.

The position supports students with speech, language, and swallowing needs through evaluation, therapy planning, and IEP collaboration. Applicants should have a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and ASHA CCC or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where applying.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC; may require dual-state licensure.
• Pediatric population experience preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with collaboration from teachers and parents.
• Provide direct therapy focusing on articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student goals and academic success.
• Collaborate with educators and professionals to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications with families and teams.
• Provide consultation to teachers and parents on communication development strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and best practices in SLP.
