Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for an on-site role in Bonney Lake, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work under a licensed SLP, supporting students with therapy services and collaborating with educators to ensure effective interventions.

The ideal candidate holds an appropriate SLPA credential, has completed the required practicum hours, and brings strong communication and organizational skills to a team-focused

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field.
• Current state certification or licensure as a SLPA, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Completion of the required 100 hours of supervised clinical practice under a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
• Organized and detail-oriented with high-quality therapy support.

Responsibilities

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for SLPAs in a variety of settings. What You'll Be Doing*:
