Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to support students across elementary to young adults in a California education setting. The role spans two elementary sites in Rancho Cordova, an alternative high school, and community programs, with a full-time schedule through the school year.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid SLP-CCC, and active state licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• A valid SLP-CCC certification.
• Active state licensure or eligibility.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct therapy to students.
• Serve a mixed caseload including elementary, alternative high school, and young adult learners.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation.
