Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Parker, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This on-site, full-time/short-term opportunity offers a pay range of $60–$70 per hour based on experience and arrangement, with guaranteed hours and a manageable caseload.

You will assess and treat communication disorders, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student success in the school

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Colorado SLP license.
• Colorado Department of Education school-based credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct SLP services to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and track progress with data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff.
