Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Colorado Springs, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is on-site with a 36-38 hour workweek, paying $55–$70 per hour, with guaranteed hours and collaboration with the district and TheraPeds team.

You will conduct therapy, evaluations, IEP goals, data collection, and teacher/family consultations, supporting articulation, language, literacy, and AAC needs in elementary through middle

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado SLP licensure or eligibility required.
• School-based credentials or eligibility in Colorado DOE preferred.
• Experience working with children in school settings is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Document progress and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff.
• Support AAC and various communication needs as appropriate.
• Manage caseloads and participate in IEP/eligibility meetings.
