Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Bailey, Colorado. This on-site, full-time role offers guaranteed hours, dedicated planning time, and a manageable caseload within a supportive school-community partnership.

You will deliver school-based therapy, create IEP goals, and collaborate with educators and families to support student communication and success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in SLP field.
• Colorado licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, social/pragmatic communication, and other needs.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret results.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related providers.
• Provide classroom strategies and recommendations to support student communication.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate service records.
