Job summary

TheraPeds Partners seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in Broomfield, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. On-site, 37.5 hours weekly, pay $66.50–$86.75/hour, with guaranteed hours and meaningful caseloads.

You’ll provide direct therapy, evaluations, IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families. Requirements include a Master’s or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology, CO licensure, and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado licensure for SLP and appropriate credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to inform IEP goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff; document progress.
