Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based role in Parker, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The position involves direct therapy, evaluations, IEP goal development, and collaboration with educators and families.

The role offers guaranteed hours with a manageable caseload, on-site service delivery, and support from both the district and TheraPeds Partners. Experience with schools and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education credential for school-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals with progress data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff; participate in meetings.
• Support AAC and varied communication needs; ensure accurate documentation.
