Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, short-term school-based assignment January 2027 through April 2027. This on-site role serves students across elementary to high school with a manageable caseload and guaranteed hours.

You will provide direct therapy, evaluations, IEP development and collaboration with teachers and families. Pay is $60–$70 per hour, based on experience, with 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or eligible Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education certification or credential for school-based practice.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.
• Experience working with children in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Managing assigned student caseloads and required documentation.
