Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Lakewood, CO seeks a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This on-site, full-time role offers guaranteed hours, dedicated planning time, and a manageable caseload.

You will deliver services to elementary through high school students, develop IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure accurate documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC-SLP preferred; licensure active or eligible in CO.
• Experience with school-based services and IEP processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans
• Address articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and pragmatics
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret results
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related staff
• Provide classroom strategies to support communication
• Complete required documentation and maintain records
