Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) in Atherton, CA, seeks a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role supports students across districts with therapy services and collaboration with teachers and families.

You will assess, plan, and provide direct therapy, participate in IEPs, document progress, and stay current with best practices. TSCO offers clinical mentorship and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC (if applicable).
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold state licensure in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and professionals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in accordance with standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers and parents on strategies to support development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
