Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Sunnyvale, CA. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities across districts, collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists to support students’ speech-language goals.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, provide direct therapy, and participate in IEP meetings, with ongoing professional development and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility.
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing students' goals with teachers and parents.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and professionals to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation to staff and parents on strategies for communication development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices.
