Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Galt, CA. This onsite, full-time role supports students across districts with direct therapy, assessments, and IEP collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing targeted therapy plans, consulting with teachers and families, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with standards. A CCC or eligibility is required, with state licensure in applicable states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC.
• If applying in a state different from residence, licensure in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and professionals.
• Provide direct therapy to students focusing on articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, sessions, and communications in compliance with standards.
• Offer consultation to teachers and parents on strategies for communication development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field.
