Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) in Ramona, CA seeks a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers on-site, full-time employment with diverse settings and collaboration across districts to support student communication goals.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, deliver direct services, and participate in IEPs while staying current with best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC (if applicable).
• SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both the state where they live and the state where they are applying.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapy support.
• Values collaboration and student-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and admins to support student communication needs in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for communication development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices.
