Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Sunnyvale, CA. This part-time, on-site role offers the chance to assess and treat students, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support communication goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in SLP, an active state license, and CCC or eligibility. Experience with pediatric populations and IEP processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• CCC or eligibility for CCC with ASHA.
• State licensure required for non-resident applicants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and student support.
