Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services in a middle school setting. The role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating students, developing IEPs, and collaborating with educators and families to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid SLP license for the state.
• CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a school setting, especially with middle school students, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate regularly with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to support student goals.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation per standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a core member of the student support team.
• Provide input on classroom strategies and accommodations to foster student success.
• Engage in ongoing professional learning related to school-based SLP practice.
