Job summary

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district to place a contracted speech-language pathologist in an engaging educational setting. You will deliver IEP goals, collaborate in monthly meetings, use provided testing materials, and benefit from a Buddy Program and supervisor support.

Qualifications

• Credentialed as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent school-based experience.
• Strong passion for helping students reach communication goals.
• Comfortable collaborating within educational teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Participate in monthly collaboration meetings with fellow SLPs.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance practices and efficiency.
• Utilize provided equipment and testing materials for direct intervention.
• Benefit from a Buddy Program and supervisor support for ongoing guidance.
• Attend regular 1:1 check-ins and monthly team meetings.
• Access professional development courses on school-based practices.
• Contribute to a connected school community via intranet platforms.
