Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a dynamic school setting. The role offers onsite or teletherapy delivery, serving PreK-12 students with a manageable caseload across three schools on one campus and a nearby private school.

The position features a 35-hour work week and immediate start through the end of the school year. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license or enrollment in CFY.
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology.
• Skills in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery.
• Knowledge of pediatric communication disorders and best practices.
• Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload across multiple school settings.
• Solid communication and collaboration with students, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for PreK-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with faculty and support staff on IEP teams.
• Maintain timely records and progress reports.
• Engage families in the therapy process.
• Provide services via onsite and/or telepractice platforms as needed.
• Manage time efficiently across three schools and a private school.
