Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 year in Pasadena, TX. The role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities across school districts nationwide.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, collaborate with teachers and parents, and support IEP goals. A CCC or eligibility is expected; state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active stateSLP license in the applying state; eligibility for CCC may apply.
• State licenses in multiple states if applying from outside residence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with collaboration from teachers and parents.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success.
• Document progress and communicate with parents and team members in compliance with standards.
