Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Homeland, CA. We partner with school districts nationwide, offering full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote opportunities to fit your needs.

As a School-Based SLP, you will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, provide direct services, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, and maintain compliant documentation while staying

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC.
• If working in a state where you don’t reside, hold licenses in both states.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented and dedicated to high-quality therapy.
• Collaborative, student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders among students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers, parents, and professionals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and admins to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Offer consultation to teachers and parents on strategies to support development.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.
